Pricing, Weights and Variations

Most of our products are sold by weight.  The average pack sizes and prices quoted on the website are intended as a guide only and marginal variations may apply.  If your order is for a specific weight, we take payment for that weight on order.  As all meat is individually cut there will be small variations in weight above or below the weight you specified. As it is impractical to collect small additional payments or process small refunds we guarantee that any weight variation never exceeds more or less than 10% from the weight ordered.  As a result orders delivered within this 10% weight range will be deemed complete.  We will also be guaranteeing the total amount of meat you receive will be equal to or more than payments made.
